This DOC white wine is a blend of Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, as required for Biferno.
It has a highly complex taste and smell with a bright straw yellow colour. The nose is complex, balanced and elegant with an intense and aromatic bouquet, floral, fruity with clear hints of tropical fruit and pleasant notes of spice and minerals.
The palate is fresh, soft and fruity, with good body and persistence. It has great finesse and harmony, with a pleasant aftertaste and memories of great olfactory complexity.
It is perfect with raw seafood, shellfish, seafood pasta and other dishes, white meats, light food and vegetables.
