Vino Rosso Doc Riserva (Red Wine Doc Reserve) has great personality and structure using 80%Montepulciano and 20% Aglianico grapes, collected from the best vines on the estate.
The color is a warm and intense ruby red with garnet hues. The aroma is complex, full and intense with a bouquet of ripe red fruit, black cherry and plum, and sharp tangs of sweet spice, vanilla and licorice, with final notes of toast and chocolate. On the palate it is round, soft and warm with great balance and a body that is full, enveloping, tannic and very persistent.
It is a wine of great finesse where the organoleptic sensations of spices and roasting, from refining in oak barrels, combine well with the fruity flavor of jam from the grape varieties.
This wine is ideal with red meat, stews and roasts, game and spicy or seasoned cheese.
