This is a robust red wine with the personality of pure Aglianico grapes.
It is deep ruby red with purple hues and garnet reflections. The bouquet is complex with fruity notes of blackberry and ripe plum. It has pleasant sensations of spices, vanilla, chocolate and roasted coffee. The taste is soft, velvety, round and softly tannic,
with good body and persistence, and a pleasant aftertaste with light notes of smoked wood and vanilla which are well-honed during maturation of the wine. It is a perfect match for tasty soups, dishes with red meats, cheeses and cured meats.
